So what is the deal. Users on XLR8yourmac are talking about this... OWC has an update for their users. It seems 10.1 is not fully compatible with some 911 FW bridge boards. I bought a 60GB EZ-Qwest drive... how do I know if it is 10.1 compatible?

I plan on installing 10.1 in a few weeks. Just got the FREE update and I am bummed that there is no FULL UPDATE for $20 - but that is another RANT. I is my backup + misc drive so It needs to be reliable.

FYI - here is a link to the 10.1 dev notes on what was 'fixed or improved' http://developer.apple.com/technotes/tn/tn2029.html

    Thanks,

The EZQ FireWire drives do not use a 911 FW bridge board. See here http://www.barefeats.com/fire19.html k
