Mac Mini on button
Hello.
Is there any clever way of turning my Mac Mini (late 2014) ON without having to push the on-button?
I'm thinking of concealing it and leaving a broken one in its place (to fool robbers), but the main drawback that I can see (apart from the robbers being smart) is that I'd still need to turn it on by pushing my finger onto the button!
Any thoughts?

I would think a spring loaded door you can reach in and tap the power button would be the easier solution. Usewd to be a USB power switch made, but been years since they were around, as far as I know.

Just never shut it off.
Seriously though, you can schedule daily start ups and shut downs...and you can let it sleep, so it is effectively off, and just a tap on the keyboard will wake it again.

Thanks ricks, mac. The idea of using sleep rather than the on/off switch could be useful, thanks for that.
