    Default Ssd ?

Do SSD drives suffer from the 'I am almost full so I'm gonna be really slow' problem?

I don't have an issue just curious.

sweet. I still have 150 gigs free but being a movie buff and wanting a large iPad movie selection eats up space fast.

Also I just got the Pink Floyd box set and considering my tube amps and open baffle speakers are designed for clarity, I imported all 16 discs as aiff files. Yeah that took several GB's

I know... I'm weird. Rick, you don't have to look at me like that.

about tube amps, Pink Floyd, or aiff files? Open baffle speakers.....I prefer electrostatic or planar mag dipoles myself

Every block on an SSD is as fast as the next, so percent full and file fragmentation don't matter a lick. Being able to fill SSDs more is a hidden benefit.

Let me know if you need a redundant offsite archive of your music. Happy to help.
