The culprit is the GIGA 5-1212 CPU upgrade!
All these random problems are caused by
    the cpu overheating.
    I had to test with a 2nd G4 466 to be sure.
By putting the card voltage down from 6.0v to 5.0v
and setting the cpu speed to 1.33 instead of 2,
    i get better results.
The machine will freeze and reports errors much
    less often but still does.
Well, at least now i know what the problem is...

Hope this can help someone else.
    Thanks!

    Great!

Well, not great that the CPU is at fault, but great to know *what* is at fault. Run it a good long while and see if it is truly stable, then consider turning up the CPU clock speed.....a little bit at a time. Maybe you can up to 1.6 or 1.8 without issue.

Only change one thing at a time......I would leave voltage at 5.0 first, and slowly raise the clock speed, but some Giga gurus may have better info.
