    Thanks Gentlemen.

?Long ways to go, I HAD to get open with a few products just to get wet feet. Only bad side so far is hard drive pricing. Lots of work building the pages and so far we don't have a resource to buy from our side that comes close to touching the big houses. In fact the big distributors where we get our drives are also the major faces in online sales today. Makes it tough on drive pricing since they buy them in the tens of thousands. We'll figure it out.

?The Granite Stuff is AWESOME! Always works like a dream. Look for us to add items daily. If you don't see it it isn't cause we don't have it, just that we haven't got the page built yet. You can always send an email on stuff you don't see and we'll kick a price to you.

?Next, PowerLogix, Granite Cables, RAID kits (drive+host card+cables and software)

?Thanks again for the kind words. This is a FINE day!

    Rick

When I click on "STORE" I am sent here " https://www.macgurus.com/cgi-bin/ccp51/cp-app.cgi " and get this message NOT FOUND "The requested URL /cgi-bin/ccp51/cp-app.cgi was not found on this server."

QS 733, 10.2.6, Safari browser and IE 5.2

    Randy,

?Wish I knew why. Your posted link works perfectly for me. And this is the first that anyone has said that the links don't work. However, I am sure that there are more than a few ghosts from Gurus past out there and maybe one is playing you?

?Did you eventually find the store? Hope so anyway. You can always go through the front page at www.macgurus.com, course, the links there are also to the cgi bin with CCP51.

No never did get there. Nor via www.macgurus.com either.

This may or may not have anything to do with it but when these pages were first re-opened after being down a bit - it was or seems like years ago. I had trouble getting into the site. You and I got on the phone and worked in terminal -we got no where- you had Jazzbo call me and he had me do some more in terminal and things worked and he told me...

    AHHHHhh,

?I don't remember how we did that either. We entered a DNS for macgurus.com instead of www........Jazzbo is unavailable until 10:00 PST, I will ask him to look into it then.

For some reason, as I was getting ready to log onto the forums, I had a werid feeling that the store would be back today.

Good to see that my premonition was true!

Not to step on toes but on my computer, on the main forum page it appears there is no space between the words "STORE and is". Looks like... The STOREis OPEN!!!!

A fall back to my proof reading grant days. A minor issue but I know GURU's want it all right.

?I haven't been able to duplicate what you're seeing. I tried: Camino, Safari, Netscape, Exploder and Omniweb, all of them were fine. 'Course, I don't live in Montana.

?Thanks for keeping an eye out. It is appreciated. (keep that arm to yourself though)

Well, maybe he is (who am I to say), but not about the text spacing issue.

I see the same problem, and have noticed it with IE, Safari, and Camino.

I have noticed it both at work (G4 imac/10.2.8 with T-1) and at home (BW /10.2.6 with dial up). Yes, I updated to 10.2.8 before they pulled it; no problems - knocking on wood.

?Are you all sure you're not using PCs? This kind of thing is normal for them.

Thanks for pointing it out and anything else you see! I'll see what I can find in the code. Maybe my Quicksilverisfixingthingsfor me.

As long as the deals are in the ballpark I will gladly spend a little more for the peace of mind of buying from a vendor like the Gurus.
