What's in the 9500/132? motherboard, no processor? would be cool to play around with a 6-slot-er!

Stewart, as long as the drives run off the apple driver, I could use one 12x or higher.

How much do you want for one ?

    thanks,

    Mad Dog

    MadDog,
i just opened one of the cd-roms & it is a NEC model 1810A.
works fine on my macs(no special driver) & sounds like it spins way faster than my stock cd-rom.anyway, i will take $10.00+ whatever it costs to send it(ups op usps) i dont think you could get the metal case w\power supply, etc. that cheap. let me know if that helps you out any!
    thanks

    MadDog,
a quick update, these do have to have a driver. i always have a system cd in mine and it always found it and showed up on the desktop. i just took out the system cd and restarted and no cd. it showed up under devices in system profiler but would not load a cd. Darn!! so i installed a NEC driver that was supposed to work under os7.5 and restarted. everything works great now. it finds the drive and the drive works like it should. glad you got me going on this or i wouldn't have known!! there are probably later drivers that will work with this, but i don't have them.
    thanks

How many of the 9500's do you have? I'd take one for $20.00 also.

    just a quick update:
9500/132 no ram, no hd, no processor, =$30.00
7300/180 no ram, no hd, no processor, = $30.00
    7500/100 no ram, no hd, = $30.00
    24X NEC cd-rom's, metal case, 50pin in &out, id switch, term. switch,RCA jacks, w/driver on floppy disk = $10.00

    Thanks,
    Stewart

    odibus,
you don't have a e-mail address with your post, so you will have to e-mail me first.

    7300 still available?

I have a bunch of stuff of my own to sell - if there is something there you need.

    Stewart,

If Gregory doesn't want the 7300 I'll take it -- if it's gone, what type of 7600 do you have left & price?
