Hey you guys (and Gals, of course)

?I just wanted to point out that my friend Cojomisa has joined us on these forums. He brings a bunch of special knowledge with him in the nuts and bolts of Macs. His years of Mac adventures add up to a bunch of great stories even if it isn't always useful Seriously, he has probably unbolted all the bolts in every Mac made to date. Mostly the loose screws in front of the monitor is the one he has the most experience with.

?His fora handle 'Cojomisa' is from his Jedi battles, so watch yourselves!

    Rick

Welcome aboard Cojomisa to Rick's corner of Mac land. Those loose screws in front of the monitor, I have a ton of them in front of mine. We welcome your expertise. k

Around these parts (pun) those screws are lovingly referred to as PEBKAC.

    Welcome to the board Cojomisa!

Edit: Stupid typo due to aformentioned PEBKAC.

    Thanks for the Welcome's.

To all those who have "Loose Screws", I and the guys in my shop here at OleMiss, recommend that they be given "Stone Tablets and a Chisle". Does that give you an idea of where I stand? Hope so!

Fortunately I work inside a Security Area for which there are very few passes. Unfortuately, we are suckers for a knock at the door. Oh well!

I hope I can add to KB here. Let me know how I can help otherwise.

Thanks again for the warm welcome.

Not to mention thumbscrews as well!

    Ol'Miss eh?

I work with a Ol'Miss hat 6 days a week. The folk' here in the Land of Oz always seem to think that I could easily pass as the Wicked Witch from the East. Can't keep a good (er, Wo-)man down.
