    Internal, external, used any suggestions? We are on a budget so I have to economize. We had an external Sony CD USB which was NEVER reliable. It finally just stopped working. But could one of you sharp people out there suggest an inexpensive solution to our problem?

    A number of possibilities here http://eshop.macsales.com/Catalog_Pa...CDRW&Template= particularly IDE selections. My EZQuest FW burner (expensive) has a Teac mechanism which works great. I know Rick put a Lite-on in his QS G4-867 and is very pleased with that.
