    Hi,
I have a Pro Opt 230 Optical driver which is attached to the Mac via SCSI cable.

Does anybody know where i can get drivers for this drive to get it working again??

I have a OS9 and OSX machine and have tried the formac website but they don't have drivers for this optical drive on their site.

    Thanks,
    Slinka!!!! :-)

What does Apple System Profiler identify the manufacturer of the drive as? I also have an MO Drive that I use the Pinnacle driver for. Of course, the driver is for OS 9 or earlier only, but it works quite well in my older PowerTower.

With all the MO drives I have here for OS X I do not need drivers. OS X has very good device support. What version of OS X do you have? For OS 9 I would try http://www.softarch.com they used ot/still do have a utility "Formatter One" that should work.
