Put all 4 sticks of ram in.
No Crashes...OK.

Put back Adaptec card with additional 2 drives,
same exact cable configuration as before.
OK.

Loaded all MacOS extensions

Tried zapping pram, had retail UL3D in 2 different available slots and then when I pulled the OEM card out I put it in that slot.
