I am going upgrade the memory in my 8500. Are there any step-by-step instructions for doing this? The memory is inacessable and requires removing some major components. I could eventaually figure out how to do this, but I thought I would save some time and ask if there is a specific procedure.

Two things to be careful of that I didn't see mentioned in that how-to:
Be careful with that power switch button. They break quite easily if you force them. I use the tip of my screwdriver (because my fingers are too big) to push on the prongs to get it out. Make sure you get it lined-up correctly when you put it back.
Also be careful of the small plastic rails at the ends of the RAM slots. They also break quite easily, especially if you have some tight-fitting sticks. A couple of mine are broken, and it doesn't seem to be a problem. Make sure the release tabs are down before inserting sticks, and make sure they pop up when the sticks are in.
