I received the following message after repairing permissions: should I ignore it?
Warning:SUID File “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/contents/MacOS/
ARDAgent” has been modified and will not be repaired.

I don't think there is anything to worry about. I've seen that myself and it usually finds something. We'll see what the others say...

No worries. It just does that. :)

Seriously, over the years, the repair permissions script has produced various "errors" that are really just notifications that some permissions are not as expected. Nothing to worry about. In this case, unless someone is using ARD, no effect on you whatsoever.
