I was thinking of getting one of these cards for the B&W G3 I'm upgrading
for audio. Is it worth it ,or should I just get a regular ATA 100 or ATA133
Card? Is anyone using this card?

If anyone is they likely have added an entry to the drive upgrade database on www.xlr8yourmac.com (http://www.xlr8yourmac.com) and there is likely a review as well.

I'd get ATA/133, maybe even hard RAID capable for the small diff in price.

Hey Nappy,

I posted a reader review on teh Acard ATA133 Hardware RAID in my B&W on xlr8yourmac. You can find that at: http://www.xlr8yourmac.com/IDE/IDE_RAID/acard_ata133_raid_report.html

Good card, the Sonnet as well as the Siig are made by Acard so the data fits all of them.

barefeats.com also has a writeup for the card, on G4s though, so a little less relevant.

I like it enough to have bought another for my Quicksilver.
