I am new to SCSI, but not to computers. I run a recording studio on Mac OS. I just got the Initio Bluenote, for the purpose of exchanging files with a sampler that has a 4gig Quantum Fireball onboard, and a Syjet for old backups (both are PC format).
Now I have realized that the Bluenote doesn't "see" the info unless formatted in Mac OS. Is it possible to "see" PC formatted drives over SCSI ??? Is this a SCSI issue, or one of a software/driver translation ???
Any Suggestions???
Thaddeus Corea.

You *might* be able to do it using PC Mounter or MultiMounter from Software Architects. But then again, those might only work on removable volumes, and not hard drives.

How about networking your computers and using something like DAVE to mount up the drive?..(Check out http://www.thursby.com)
