Some are, some arent.

Voodoo3 (except for the 3500, I think) are cross flashable.

ATI cards are not cross compatable, but if I can get off my butt I hope to figure out if they can be modified to be cross compatable.

NVidia.. some are, some arent... see the xlr8 forums.

Hi

Thanks for that, although I was kinda hoping some one would say this particular model, as we don't really want to flash anything..bit too complex for us..

We were looking for pci cards for our Biege G3's.

It appears the companies think Macs don't exist, especially the older ones...lol

Any more info, helps..

Thanks Mark

Well, if you look to Ebay, you can find older PCI video cards. If you just need a plain jane 2D video card, there are a lot of Twin Turbos out there.

Do you need 3D acceleration ?

All we need is a good fast card that can support hi-res 21inch, I think we have got to the point where we realise we will need to buy new G4's for speed etc, so perhaps ebay is the route.

Thanks
