MacGurus RAM Warranty Policy

All MacGurus’ RAM is warranted in perpetuity to the original purchaser when used continuously in the same machine. Moving MacGurus' RAM from computer to computer may void your warranty.

We reserve the right to inspect non-functional RAM for evidence of damage or abuse, and repair, replace, or refund at our option. In extreme cases, we further reserve the right to rescind all warranties written or implied, as we cannot become a dumping ground for RAM damaged by divine or devilish intervention. We pledge to be reasonable in our assessments. Damage by static discharge, installation in a wrong model computer or letting your dog chew on a module are good ways to void your warranty. RAM is fragile, please treat them carefully.

This return policy is based on a sincere desire to "do the right thing" for our clients. We hope that you will reciprocate. Fraud, or attempts to "engineer" us, may result in MacGurus imposing the same bogus return policies so prevalent elsewhere in the industry.
